About Us

In the fall of 2009, I was at a local harvest festival and my sister Kim and I ordered some cheesecake on a stick. It was delicious but there was only one flavor- Classic New York. I wondered aloud- wouldn't it be great if someone made this with different flavors of cheesecake? I decided at that moment that I was going to do just that. After a few weeks of experimenting with baking, I tested the recipes on willing coworkers. I started brainstorming for a name- it had to be simple but convey what the product was. Kim came up with the name-CheeseSicles! And Mickey's CheeseSicles was born.

My first event was Madeira's Art Show in May of 2010 and the first three flavors I made were Mocha, Strawberry and Peanut Butter. They were a huge success and Mickey's CheeseSicles now offers over 50 flavors of cheesecake (including several Vegan and Gluten-Free options) frozen on a stick and dipped in chocolate, caramel, vanilla and melted cinnamon chips.

Mickey's CheeseSicles are prepared at our state licensed commercial kitchen located at 4035 Harrison Ave in Cheviot.

Allergen information: CheeseSicles are made using shared commercial kitchen equipment and those with severe allergies should not partake. Vegan CheeseSicles base ingredients are Silkin Tofu, Toffutti, vegan chocolate, sugar and vanilla. Gluten-Free CheeseSicles are made with a Gluten-free cookie.

Regular CheeseSicles may/do contain wheat, milk and chocolate. Certain flavors contain peanuts.
